Green Line to Old Town

San Diego, CA is not the best city for public transportation. As a local I only resort to the trolley to avoid the horrendous traffic at Qualcomm stadium on gamedays.  Even then I would only take the trolley from a restaurant/bar 2-4 stops away.  This particular day, I took the Green Line from Fashion Valley mall with some out of towners to venture out to Old Town.  I must say it was quite a pleasant experience.  The station stops right outside the State Historic Park where I encountered an aged tree, it ended out into the street right across from Immaculate Conception church then stopped at the Bazaar del Mundo before making a u-turn back into the park.  It was a great day for history, window shopping, and photography.
